Lived at Eliot Iowa. I, Mark Goodfellow, met Vivian and Lawrence Rock when the came to Oregon about the late 1970's for, if memory serves, the marriage of a daughter or grandaughter. We talked for a few minutes about Vivian's memory of the family and the inquired about my father, Vivian's cousin. They seemed speechless when I told them what his life had been like and said they had never noticed any problems with him as a young fellow or boy. He was the quiet one of the family, but in no way mean. His younger brother Jim was more of a problem, as they remembered.
